What: As soon as the Opening Night film concludes at Enzian, head downtown to the Citrus Club for an unforgettable opening night party. Filmmakers + Wine Makers + Master Chefs = Party of the Year! Leading chefs pair eclectic cuisines with superb wines from around the globe for an evening of gastronomic bliss. The evening's guests of honor are master chef and No Reservations host Anthony Bourdain and founding father of New World Cuisine, Norman Van Aken. Participating chefs include Kathleen Blake (Primo by Melissa Kelly), Mary Grace Viado (Village Tavern), Steven Rujak (Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress), Neil Connolly (Doc's Restaurant), Zachary Martin (The Boheme Restaurant at the Grand Bohemian Hotel), Garey Hiles (The Oceanaire), and Chef Laird Boles (Beacon, Fifi's and Graze).
