What: Following the fabulous opening night film, succumb to the temptation of sumptuous tastings and absolute revelry in the Garden of Eden.  Master chefs dish delightfully sinful morsels of aphrodisiac-themed, eclectic cuisines paired with superb wines.  The evening's celebrity guests include Food Network sensation and master Iron Chef Cat Cora, along with the founding father of New World Cuisine Norman Van Aken, and renowned director, Ken Russell. 

Participating chefs include Josh Oakley (Enzian & Eden Bar), James and Julie Petrakis (The Ravenous Pig), Steven Rujak (Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress), Kathleen Blake (Urban Flats), Kevin Fonzo (K Wine Bar), David Nuss (Harmoni Market), Charles Szasz (Good 2 Go Gourmet), Matthew Johnson (Walker's Drive-In),  and Tom Nadolski (Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar).

The Flavors of Cat Cora: Discussion and Tasting

What: Indulge in a memorable afternoon of flavors for the mind and the palate.  Join the tantalizing Food Network celebrity and Iron Chef sensation Cat Cora as she dishes out the backstage story of breaking boundaries in the culinary world by becoming Food Network's first and only female Iron Chef.  Afterward, take pleasure in an appetizing sampling of Southern/Hellenic-infused cuisine designed by Chef Cora and Enzian/Eden Bar Executive Chef Josh Oakley.

  • Mini Greek Burger Gyros with Garlic Sauce and Spring Greens
  • Chickpea Fritters with Romesco Sauce and Cornichon
  • Basque Rubbed Shrimp with Chimichurri Sauce

What: Choose the path of your indulgence by selecting one of three ultimate film feasts - each themed to the master Chef's favorite film.  On this night, haute cuisine and cult film collide in three locations at the same time, but you must choose only one.  Feel a bit like Eve with an apple dangling before you? 

In each intimate engagement, Iron Chef Cat Cora joins the master chefs as they present gourmet dishes based on their favorite movies.
