Each year the Florida Film Festival unites film lovers and filmmakers to entertain, inspire and educate the community through the art of cinema. Several months of preparation go into producing the 10-day Festival, which includes over 140 films, from all over the world, and additional nightly celebrations. In order to produce such an event, the Festival hires a group of dedicated individuals to work and manage all venues and operations during the months of January through April.

These seasonal positions may entail long hours and employees are expected to devote as much time as necessary to complete their tasks.

• Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to participate.

• Detail oriented, hard-working with strong organizational skills

• Ability to learn quickly

• Perform in fast-paced environment

• Includes some weekend work
