How to Get Your Fest Packs

Step 1: Purchase your Pack

  • Ticket Packages may be purchased in person at Festival Headquarters from March 14 - March 31. Florida Film Festival Headquarters is located at the Best Western - Mt. Vernon Inn on the corner of 17-92 and Morse Boulevard in Winter Park. Headquarters will be open from 11AM to 7PM on weekdays March 14 through March 23 and everyday from March 23 through March 31. Ample parking is available.

Step 2: Plan for the Festival

Following your purchase, you will receive a card or email detailing the following:
  • Specific Benefits of your Fest Pack.
  • Instructions on how to turn your Fest Pack into Festival Tickets.
  • Purchase code. This will become very important when you redeem.
  • You will also receive a sheet that offers suggestions on "How to Festival," complete with insider tips!

Several weeks before the Festival, look for the Florida Film Festival Special Insert in The Orlando Sentinel Calendar Section. Make notes about the films and programs you wish to attend. The excitement builds from this point on...

Step 3: Redeem Your Fest Pack for Festival Tickets

Redeem at Florida Film Festival Headquarters, conveniently located at the Best Western-Mt. Vernon Inn in Winter Park.
  • Download, print, and fill out the Package Redemption Form (Coming Soon!), then return the form to Festival Headquarters. You can also pick up a copy of the form at Festival Headquarters.
  • Packages may be redeemed at Festival Headquarters ONLY from 11:00AM to 7:00PM on weekdays from March 14 - March 23 and everyday from March 24 - March 31. To redeem your package you will need a confirmation number and a valid ID.

VERY IMPORTANT You may pick up your tickets in one of two ways: At Florida Film Festival Headquarters, conveniently located at the Best Western-Mt. Vernon Inn in Winter Park, up to 6:00PM the day before your first event. Festival Headquarters regular business hours are daily, 11:00AM-7:00PM March 23 - March 31. OR At your first event venue on the day of your first screening at the "Ticket Pick Up" table. A valid photo ID is required to pick-up tickets purchased online.

TICKET GUARANTEE POLICY

All ticket and pass holders must arrive 15 minutes before showtime to ensure availability of seats. After that time, the Festival reserves the right to resell seats to STAND-BY customers.

STAND-BY POLICY

"Stand-by" status simply means that most seats have been sold in advance and a few seats are being held for pass holders. However, additional tickets are often made available prior to the event. To gain entry to a "Stand-by" film/event, arrive at the theater 45 minutes prior to showtime. Numbers will be handed out to potential ticket buyers. Prior to showtime, available tickets will be sold, in numerical order, until the event is sold out.

All films are subject to change. Every effort is made to show each film in its original language, with English subtitles if necessary. No Enzian Film Society, student, senior, or military discounts on Festival Films. NO REFUNDS.
