Jennifer Aniston, Steve Zahn, and Woody Harrelson star in this charming romantic comedy that marks the directorial debut of acclaimed playwright and screenwriter Stephen Belber (TV's Rescue Me, associate writer of The Laramie Project). Chronicling the awkward romance between an unlikely couple, the story begins with a chance meeting when Sue (Aniston), a buttoned-down corporate art dealer, checks into the roadside motel owned by Mike's (Zahn) parents in Arizona. Mike is an aimless dreamer, a small town guy spending his days behind the front desk or completing mundane chores, and he jumps at the chance to flirt. What starts with a bottle of wine "compliments of Management" soon evolves into a multi-layered, often hilarious cross-country journey of two people looking for a sense of purpose. While Sue's ready to move on after what she thought was a meaningless fling, Mike the romantic bets it all on a trip to her hometown in Maryland--only to find that he has no place in her carefully ordered life and there's a punk rocker-turned-yogurt mogul ex-boyfriend (Harrelson) back in the picture. Funny, sexy, eccentric, and endearingly hopeful, MANAGEMENT makes the most improbable kind of love seem possible.
